Is your ISP restricting your BT speed?

If you find that your BT (BitTorrent) download speed seem to be lagging, it's possible that your ISP has imposed restrictions on your BT speed. You can try this online testing tool from Glasnost to test out whether there's any imposed restrictions:
Click on Start Testing and your test will start. A java applet is used to show the progress. If you have not installed Java, you can install Java at Java Download
